Insurance repair and Restoration Company, founding 25% shareholder, offices in Orlando, FL and Charlotte, NC. Experienced a minority push-out by other shareholders within two years of operation. Work consisted primarily of water, smoke, fire, & structural failures to structures.

1993-1995 Operations Manager Matrix Construction Company
South Florida General Contractor, Insurance repair and restoration specialist for 15 months. Work consisted of re-estimating & evaluating damaged structures and coordinating employees and sub-contractors from Jamaica, Guatemala, Honduras, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Columbia.

1992-1993 Operations Manager First General Services Construction Company
South Florida Construction consortium for the first few months after Hurricane Andrew. Work consisted of Insurance repair-restoration services to commercial structures. Principle duties were to understand the South Florida Building Code, establish dialogue with the building department, establish special inspectors, and coordinate labor crews from Polk County, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

1975-1992 Partner in R.T. Reinsch, General Contractors' Firm
Local Design Build Custom Home and Remodeling Firm. Individual project costs range from $2.5 million dollars to $7,500.00. Principle duties were estimating, scheduling, negotiating contracts, supervising projects, and translating the construction process to clients. New and remodeling projects all had energy conservation elements incorporated.
