Commercial investigations: $150.00/hr plus travel

Travel: $0.59/ mile
$35.00/hour both ways using MapQuest travel or actual time; plus mileage.
Additional expenses would be billed at cost, e.g. overnight stay if required, meals etc.

Depositions & Trial: $350.00/hr plus travel. I usually block out a ½ day minimum.

Public Adjustor Services: 10% of gross recovery

Appraisal negotiations: $150.00/hr plus travel and expenses

Umpire: $325.00/hr split between the parties, plus expenses
